Frequently asked
- How do I check a fabric? Tap New Check, then take a photo, scan a care label, or paste a product link. The result shows the composition, a match score, and care guidance.
- What does Premium include? Fabricly Premium unlocks unlimited checks across photo, label, and link. The free tier allows a limited number of checks.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Fabricly, where you can change or cancel anytime. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Is there a free trial? The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
- How do I delete my data? Delete saved checks any time in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address above.
