Terms of Use

Last updated: 20 June 2026

By using Fabricly you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

Subscriptions & billing

Fabricly offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. The free tier allows a limited number of checks before a subscription is required. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial; cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies — Fabricly cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or go to Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History on your device.

Accuracy disclaimer

Fabric identification and information are provided for general guidance only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Fabricly does not provide medical advice; always verify care labels and consult a professional for health concerns.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
