Fabricly ("we", "us") helps you understand the fabric composition of clothing. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account. When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and an email address (or Apple's private relay address) to create and secure your account.
• Fabric checks. Text, product links, and photos you provide to check a fabric are sent to our servers and to our AI provider to identify the composition and generate explanations. Product links you paste are fetched to read their composition. Your check results are stored so you can revisit them.
• Camera & photos. If you use the camera or choose a photo, the image is used only to analyze the fabric/label. We do not use your photos for advertising.
• Diagnostics. Basic, non-identifying technical logs to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To provide fabric analysis, save your checks, personalize results to the preferences you set, operate subscriptions, and maintain and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We share data only as needed with: Apple (sign-in and payments), Anthropic (AI analysis of your check input), Firecrawl (reading product links), and our hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your full payment details.

Data retention & your choices

You can delete saved checks in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Children

Fabricly is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
